Data and purposes

• When you email us, we process the contact details and information you provide to respond, assess a potential engagement and continue the conversation.
• Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, time, browser type and requested page to deliver and protect the site and investigate incidents.
• The project assistant works locally in your browser. Your selections are not sent to AOTC unless you choose to open and send an email.

Legal basis

Enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a potential contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts. Technical security data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure and stable operations.

Retention

An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is normally deleted no later than twelve months after the last meaningful contact. Data forming part of a customer or contractual relationship is retained for as long as required for that relationship, legal claims and applicable accounting obligations. Technical logs follow the limited retention periods of the relevant operations provider.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email and necessary IT. They may only process it for agreed purposes. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, a valid transfer mechanism must be used when required.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and, in some cases, object to processing or request data portability. Contact info@aotc.se. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY. We do not use website data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
